Mission Statement:
Planning & Operations will provide the necessary service and support to County
officials and staff, as well as other PID divisions, governmental agencies, and
the development community at large by evaluating and reviewing current policies,
programs, and design standards and coordinating innovative solutions and implementation
of alternative procedures and requirements.
The Division will provide service and coordinate the implementation of programs,
studies, and policy development that are outside the scope of other PID divisions.
